I purchased a Soft Tub directly from the factory in Sept. 2015. I live in western MI and do not have a nearby Soft Tub dealer to go to for service or support. I found Robert from CJ's Pools & Spas on the internet. He was a huge help over the phone to help with set up, tub care & water maintenance. Now in Januaury, 2017 I am having difficulty with the jets and reached out to Robert for a second time. He was very courteous and gave me as much info as possible along with the contact # for Soft Tub corporate despite the fact that he did not sell the tub to me and did not make any money for his time that he spent conversing with me. Thank you Robert for your help and I wish your business was closer to the west side of the state!
