Shipping Policy
We currently offer local delivery or store pickup.
If you are in our local delivery range, we will process the order and hand deliver it within 1-3 business days. If you opt for store pickup, we will have the order ready later that day.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, please call, email or come into the store. The returned item has to be unused and in the original sealed packaging. CJ's Pools & Spas has a right to charge a 20% (twenty percent) restocking fee.
If an item is defective, call us or bring the product to the store for a replacement. Replacements will only be granted if the item has a manufacturer defect. If the item no longer works properly because of misuse, a replacement will not be granted.
Chemicals and hazardous materials can not be returned.
